Add ItemCount to Datetime Registrations Link

load up an event that has multiple registrations
[ ] confirm that the "Reg List" link in the datedetails panel now shows an item count
click on link to visit reg list for that datetime
[ ] confirm that items count at reg list table matches that displayed on datetimes reg link

@tn3rb is there any branch needed to select here from Dev aswell?

This is not working for me when I select the mentioned branch in the master:

All good in my end.

Working fine with my new installation:

Having some caching issues in my old installation.
