Fix events that span across at least 2 weeks when displayed on the calendar (WP5.6+)

Issue Overview

If you have an event that displays across 2 or more weeks on the calendar it displays a thin bar on the first day, nothing until the next new line and then a single block on the first day, see here:

This happens on both the EE3 and EE4 Calendars and if I use the jQuery Migrate plugin to switch to the legacy version of jQuery the event displays as above.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Create an event that spans more than 2 weeks (it's not the length of the event that causes this but the fact that it starts displaying in week X and continues in week Y so you can trigger this in multiple set ups)

So to give an example, set an Event with a Start day of '2021-05-01 08:00 am', end date of '2021-05-22 05:00 pm'
