This PR:

rips out tons and tons and tons and tons and tons and tons of both PHP and JS code from the previous initial REM builds
uses the new Barista class in core to load the production built assets deployed to the REM repo from the barista repo as defined in the assets manifest file

going ahead with merging this... tests are currently failing simply because there are no tests!!! 😆
