Caelum error suppression for M1 machines #26

followup issue: alternatives to replace Cg.framework? - It's a decade-old framework, so it doesn't support the arm CPU for macs at least.

I'll change the commit a little unless you want to, since I have Cg disabled entirely for Macs since it's not available for ARM (I didn't want to have a configuration option enabling it for x86_64, since Macs are moving in the ARM direction). For alternatives to Cg, I thought that the Caelum group got it working on the GL3+ renderer without Cg, but it doesn't look like it, it's mainly up to them to fix Caelum so that it works again.
