Publish on npmjs #13

I noticed that evently-cli is not yet published on npmjs. Mind if I do this @mattbishop ?

Possibly, but I want to talk through the experience, especially WRT the individual plugin upgrades.

We decided to publish with the github account name pattern: @evently-cloud/cli
