UX Tags field #142

I only noticed today that the tag field is supposed to have the tags separated by comma (or maybe also semicolon, didn't test). I've been doing it wrong all along, and it seems quite a few other initiatives have copied the "bike bicycle workshop fiets werkplaats" tag :D.

Perhaps the description above the 'tag' field should mention that tags should be separated by comma.
