add location to listings group table #61

The events table for listings groups such as Stressfaktor need to have a column for location as well, because there are often enough events that aren't at other groups.

We need to install flexible tables then because the table view is getting to wide to be responsive.

adding the location to the cloned table views is no problem, but only displaying it on listing groups is a dfferent matter since the content type is not indexed.
