Add ArchLinux package #6

Hello,

thanks for creating such a nice tool! I added a PKGBUILD to install the program as an ArchLinux package and manage it via the package manager. I also added the package to the AUR https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/hide-client/

thank you for your contribution. I have merged your pull request. Unfortunately, in the the next update of the client we will introduce additional functionality. Changes in the source code will break the config_sysdirs.patch due to changes in NewHideGuardConfiguration function
