Fixed Ubuntu service template which didn't include name and adapter parameters
Added a debug template which is handy for testing purposes
Added a version when installing hubot using npm which default is now 2.8.3 instead of latest. Hubot version above 2.8.3 breaks the new bot creation using '-c' parameter.
