Refactor node deployment to facilitate extensions #204

As is, the node module is under jar packaging, because it contains source files. Move the maven-assembly-plugin to a node-deploy module with pom packaging, to enable inheritance from node-deploy and thus make user overrides from outside of the been parent possible.
