Feature: add more types of emails

We need to review Gauzy features and add many more email templates / sending email functionality for different features. This issue summarizes different features that need such emails and we should create separate issues to track progress for each Epic.

You can find existed email templates management page in UI in Settings -> Email Templates menu.

As you can see we already have lucky 7 email templates, but we need 10x times more (if not 100x times)

This is an initial list of additional types of emails (not full):

• appointments (part of @kamesh95 Epic, this is a very critical feature of sending appointment email to both sides)
• approvals/equipment sharing (part of @duongduckien Epic, priority are the emails when approval accepted or rejected and same for equipment sharing request acceptance/rejection)
• time tracking/activities (part of @ckhandla94 Epic, most high priority are daily report of employees work hours and emails for timesheets)
• time off requests approval/rejection (part of @AlexTasev Epic)
• candidate interviews emails (part of @prysiazhna Epic, we need to send emails to all participants of an interview with details about the interview, we also need to send it as a calendar event, etc)
• tasks related emails (e.g. when task status changes, when task description changes, when due date approaching, etc.) - this requires the ability to configure such emails for different events, otherwise we will send too much of such email notifications! We have a separate issue to address such enable/disable notifications per organization/tenant.

As part of this task, you need to add also "Seeds" for new types of emails, i.e. so that during initial DB creation for each organization we add default templates (note: each Org may have own Email templates so it can customize them!)
