Sir I've removed Meta is because of an reason but removed the title and description check is my mistake because I don't review this PR.

This is the Meta Component that they used in auth-layout component that i removed from this component. because I've already fixed that issue before https://github.com/ever-co/ever-teams/pull/2364 so we don't need this anymore in this component
