[Bug] already 'Planned tasks' Action (...) menu

The main point of the task is to display a different view of 'Action ( ... ) menu for already planned tasks.

the tab 'Assigned'

• Planned task should have only the 'Unplan' (in RED colour) option

• Not planned task should have (plan for Today, plan for Tomorrow, plan for Some day)

we are talking about RED section
