[Bug] 'Daily Plan' | tab 'Today' #2671

The issue is that every time when the user clicks 'Plan Today', it does

  1. Create a new Plan for the same day (so the same task is planned multiple times for the same day)
  2. Appear popup 'Add Time'

Expect:

  1. Should Create ONLY one plan for the same date (so the task can not be added several times)
  2. The popup should NOT appear when the user clicks 'Plan Today' or 'Plan Tomorrow'. 'Plan for some day'

PS: the popup will appear ONLY when even will be triggered
