[Improvement] The main input create new 'Task'

The main input always has a selected task for a specific member. (kind of duplicate the task card below)

When the user sets the cursor to the main input, it should

• highlight the whole task name (user can click 'detele' and it erase full name)
• small gray icon 'x' should appear at the end of the main input

When the user clicks 'x', it should

• erase the whole name of the task
• user can start typing new task name

When the user start erasing (even one symbol), it should

• hide system task ID, just when the user adds new task name, then click enter or button create task can appear new ID

This tasks must be done very careful as there is some logic associated with this input to SEARCH tasks and also to CREATE tasks quickly. @KostyaEver I think will be best if you describe in FULL here how this input should work for both of those use cases with ALL possible details to avoid any confusion. E.g. what if I would like to SEARCH existed tasks and select one to work on? What if I want to create a NEW task? What if I selected one tasks and want to select now another? And so on, describe in DETAILS EACH FLOW please :)
