Chat & Messaging between different parties #7

One on one chat implementation that would allow dialog in a unified "Support" system between Merchants and Couriers, Customers and Admin, any other relation? during an Status* order.

Status*: Active, Pending, Cancelled (with a time limitation) for example.

Upon firing of chat dialog to invoke new session, a new ticket would be created... Integrated in Merchant/Admin dashboards? Notifications? via SMS/email ?

We should support services like Slack out of the box, but also we may want to integrate with some popular open-source chats, e.g. @RocketChat (see https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat), etc

We need to create a list of such chat services to be integrated. There are also plenty of SaaS solutions to be integrated with extensions/plugins/SDKs, such as https://sendbird.com, https://www.cometchat.com, https://www.jivochat.com, etc.
