Compatability for Insanity Remastered. #9

I'm not too sure if this is a thing, but does Local Flashlight's flashlight register as a real flashlight for Insanity Remastered. If this is client sided it may not, right? I feel like I'm dropping sanity way too fast for having a flashlight all the time. Any chance this could get fixed?

the mod doesn't have any compatibility with other mods, but i'll hopefully add some in future updates
