Adding instructions and screenshots for how to install on mobile! I don't have an Android device - would someone else be able to add that in?

I have an Android device that I can add instructions from. How should I contribute that? Is there a way for me to add a commit into this PR? Alternatively, I could just send you the screenshots and you could commit it on my behalf :)
