Add screenshotsh highlighting how to add the tool to your Android home screen from Chrome. Similar to #40 by @SaFrMo for iOS.

Mm, this needs some tweaking to get the images to show up right. It looks like the images were slightly broken before, and now their formatting is a bit weird.

This looks slightly better now. Thanks also to #42 for fixing the links and the line break, which makes it looks much better.
