Added click and drag rectangle drawing function and a way to swap between drawing tools. Works with all functions as well as on mobile, and seems pretty smooth!

I'm going to do a little CSS restyling so it works a bit better on mobile, then push the merge. :)

Found a few bugs with further testing but I'm working on em and will have it in soon. :)
