Add/Update panel types

buoy is currently limited to the following panel types:

• Table
• Item
• Logs

The current panels are fairly limited in their options and might not be reasonable for all use cases.

Some potential new panel types:

• Counter / Gauge - Show the number of a particular resource
• ???
