What steps will reproduce the problem?
URLs entered in address bar no longer open in a new tab even with that option 
turned on.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome Toolbox (by Google) 1.0.31 on Windows 7 with Chrome 19.

Scroll-wheel tab browsing no longer works either. It's as though the entire 
extension simply stopped working. This was the extension that got me to move 
away from FireFox, so please fix this quickly before I have to move back again. 
:(
