At start, when clicked on anything, opens in new tab. #162

What steps will reproduce the problem?

The option about "open link in new tab is not checked".
I open the browser. The first thing I do is to click on youtube on the black 
bar of Google. It loads in new tab without prompt. It should load in the same. 
If I disable the extension, the problem is gone.
I am using Google Chrome version 23.0.1271.97 m
Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit.
By the way, this 'bug' happens only the first time.
If I close the new tab and click on youtube (or anything on the black bar), it 
loads in the same tab. Moreover, if do anything besides click on the black bar, 
everything goes normal.
If it is not clear, let me know.
