Brief Introduction

KOT, which stands for Kitten Overseeing Trends, symbolizes attentiveness and agility in analyzing and adapting to emerging trends within the Everscale blockchain. This set of standards is designed to inspire developers and network participants to continuously study and enhance the system, fostering a more appealing and efficient blockchain ecosystem. This standard must defines guidelines and processes for the creation, evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of these standards, ensuring that they align with the goals and principles of the Everscale.
