What run first?... onCompletedPayment or the WebHook calls? #14

Hi!

My doubt it's simple... I would like to know what run first... if the call to onCompletedPayment function (javascript) or the WebHook that can be configured in the ATH Movil Business app when a ecommerce payment is received.
