Update README.md #44

I updated the readme to directions or step in which was the only way i could get this to work.

Adding get_template_part('theme', 'settings'); to the functions.php file did nothing.

The documentation does need to be worked on, but under no circumstances should defaults.php be edited... it's just that - defaults! All options in defaults.php can be overwritten through options.php.
