Add config for testing using Travis #168

@jakedavis, might be nice to get Travis CI set up to do some basic testing. This is also capable of doing integration testing, using kitchen-ec2 or another cloud platform Kitchen driver.

Also, this will require someone that has admin rights to this repo to add it to Travis CI.

Partially fixes #85

Sorry for not seeing this one. Never configured TravisCI so I am not entirely sure how to start here / I'm not sure when I'll get to it.

Alternatively, we could transfer this repo to you / EverTrue if you wanted to take full ownership of it ... we're so detached from it nowadays that it feels kinda disingenuous for us to own it.

@jakedavis I’d be happy to take ownership on behalf of EverTrue, if you want to transfer things over. Happy to keep you & the other Simple folks as contributors, of course, both here & on Supermarket.

I always forget how funky they make this flow ... had to transfer to myself first and I believe I should have sent a request to transfer to you.

Oops, dang it, I transferred it to your user, sorry. Brain was on autopilot. Should be ~set though.
