Support Zookeeper 3.5.x [WIP] #199

Starting from Zookeeper 3.5.5 the way zookeeper is distributed has changed. There is now a source and a binary package, and the filename is now apache-zookeeper-3.5.5-bin.tar.gz (see here)

Thanks @hrak. As you may notice, this cookbook doesn’t get a lot of love lately, since I haven’t been running ZK myself for a few years.

It’s probably time to start looking for a new maintainer, as I simply haven’t the time to do so.

@jeffbyrnes Can this be merged & released please? The checksum for 3.5.6 is 3d11e467f01ff0936d8bdb51f80a18d1f38dd4f394b43a1d89cc7afc5cdb418d

@hrak so, I should point out that this branch does not, in fact, work, right now (unless you’ve tried it & determined otherwise?)

I might have some cycles later this week to see if I can get the absolute minimum out to support 3.5 in a new release of this cookbook.
