Updated Mirror & Version to 3.6.1 #223

This PR has been raised to address the change in Mirror URL as well as the binary file name

@karthikbn I’ll see about trying to give this some attention soon; tests aren’t passing right now, and I know that last time I tried to get this cookbook working with ZK 3.5, it also wasn’t working.

It definitely needs some overall love!
