Update download url w/r/t version #229

In version 3.5+, tarball is named like apache-zookeeper, while in 3.4 and before, it was just zookeeper.

@mgrenonville I lost write access to this repo at some point, but I still have the ability to publish the cookbook to the Supermarket, so I’ll take care of this via jeffbyrnes/zookeeper-cookbook#2 & publish a new version of the cookbook.

I’ll include quite a few other fixes, since I’ve got a little spare time right now, so it’ll probably be a breaking version. If you need this as a non-breaking release, let me know & I’ll backport it to the v14.x version series.
