Help command takes too long #10

Describe the bug When using the help command $help, it takes too long to show the list of commands, up to 10 seconds or over sometimes.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Send everyBot $help command

Expected behavior When the command is sent, the bot should display all available commands almost instantly.
