Document how to run a disease refresh #11

This is the script:

So:

  1. Clone repo
  2. create branch
  3. run the above script (sh build-list.sh)
  4. Commit changes to branch
  5. Push
  6. Get elliott to review
  7. Fix excluded and included templates if Elliott requests changes
  8. Add elliots orcid the excluded and included templates manually
