Announcement icon covers clickability link/text in sidebar

Expected Behavior

I can select the text and press the button everywhere in the announcement banner on the addon's view page.

Actual Behavior

The announcement icon is covering the majority of the banner, making it impossible to click on the author's name, and harder to select some of the text/pressing the button. See video:

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to an addon's page with an announcement
2. Try clicking on the author's name
3. Notice that it's not possible
