Easy-to-find button to toggle between themes #970

Many people, like myself, toggle between themes depending on the time. I use dark mode at night, and light mode during the day. It would be a hassle to go into the settings every time, so you could do something like GitHub or YouTube and make an easy to find toggle switch so users can easily toggle.

Additionally, within the settings panel there could be a clock setting. So you can set at which time to enable/disable dark theme.
