Allow lower case piece letter #46

In algebraic notation if the result is not ambiguous.

Includes tests.

The change is really minor. Should there be more case-tolerant input elsewhere?

The change will be included in v.6.0.0 (already uploaded for review to Chrome and Edge; Firefox and Opera don't support manifest v3, for them the change will be applied later)
