Multiple fixes #1

Fix name parts
Get gender
Get start_date and end_date
Add Facebook links
Get phone and fax numbers
split faction_id from faction

There's still some work needed to be able to correctly scrape all the historic data, but this should run now for the current term, which is the most important to get. So let's get just get that for now, and then pick up the historic data next.
