Odd line breaks in prompts #86

Sometimes (I'm not clear exactly when) there are odd line breaks in prompts like this:

Looks like an easy fix might be to move the |- line to after the row contents, rather than before, in the default row templates.

Fixed by removing an extra linebreak before the footer template in https://github.com/everypolitician/compare_with_wikidata/commit/907e892f83db6bb70350e481e47dee20d999b32f.
