I've already written a scraper - https://morph.io/everypolitician-scrapers/korea-popong-api - so we just need to pull this data into EP and reconcile it with the existing data.

Various person information.

Notes

I've sucked everything out of the API into the scraper I mentioned above. The address_id and education_id columns were arrays in the API, so I've encoded them in JSON in the scraper (though I don't think there's anything useful in those fields for us at the moment).

NB: I've also added a scraper today for the official site: https://morph.io/everypolitician-scrapers/korea-assembly, so lots of new reconciliation ahead here :)
