Steps

[x] Add dates to terms
[x] Archive existing term ~Update scraper with new term id~
[x] Configure scraper repo for check fail
[x] Handle pagination in scraper/scrape all members
[ ] Update scraper for new term
[ ] Import new term data

The scraper needs to be updated for the new member pages. Currently it is only capturing email and birth date but there are other fields that we'll want too.
