Problem with Incoming Data

Problem

Member is losing wikidata but the wikidata article ID is unchanged.

The member is now a mayor. The source is Wikidata scraper uses Wikipedia as a name source. The member needs to be added separately.

The original wikidata ID belonged to the wrong person. This is because the wrong person was listed in the Wikipedia article. The wikipedia article was updated and so wikidata ID that belonged to the incorrect member was lost.
