Australian issue with Andrew Southcott #537

Andrew Southcott has a (working) Facebook page under contact_details:twitter, and a non-working Facebook link under links:Facebook. He seems to be the only one with a Facebook contact_details, as opposed to it being in links.

This is actually what is reported on his official page: http://www.aph.gov.au/Senators_and_Members/Parliamentarian?MPID=TK6

I reported this against Henare's scraper a while back (https://github.com/henare/aus_mp_contact_details/issues/1), but it doesn't look like he's going to make a more general fix to that, so I guess we'll need to do something at this end to switch them.

Or maybe just run a forked copy of that scraper instead…
