Adds a "secret" field for each webhook and if specified it signs each webhook delivery using it.

Excellent. Though I suspect we should provide some explanation on the site as to what this field is for…

@tmtmtmtm Yep good point, I'll ticket adding a page specifically for the webhooks and linking to it from this screen.
