@ncalcott Hey Nic, how's it going? I've started in on the updates ETC have designed. Starting with some low-hanging fruit, I've changed how News works.

Rather than editing the News page and adding individual items, now create Posts. The fields of note are...

• Post Title. WP needs this, but we're
• Publish date. This will show on the site.
• Post Content. Put text and links in here. Best not to put any media, as this does show on the homepage and would likely break stuff.
• Featured Image. This is the image.

And though we don't link to them anywhere, the Post permalinks work, so you can use them in tweets or FB.

@gehalber I did this on blue, from the mockup. But I see I have a note that says "(probably on white)". Let me know what you'd prefer.

News is working fine, I was able to use it intuitively, based on the post system.

This looks good. But, we were considering also adding a blue border to the browser frame. To emulate the new module on the homepage.

Does that make sense? I don’t this ever made it into our designs.

Also, the news box on the front page strips out all <br/> and <p>. Works fine on the news page itself, though.
