That is, let's NOT test in anything but the latest version of IE. If we go for that, I think we can knock the "XL" off of this one.

Just, fyi, these are my browsing stats:
I am totally fine with losing the 1% who are using an old version of IE.

And, for reference, mobile -
I want to mention that I pulled the site up on an Xbox recently, and it looked sweet!

@ncalcott Can you post the breakdown of IE usage?

How far back on IE do we want to go? For Heckscher I think we said IE 8? Nick probably has a lot more visitors who are Mac, so it might be less of a concern. Version 9, then?
Also, I haven’t spent much time looking at this on the iPad. The fixed navigation might not really be compatible with touch-screens (how to trigger the animation when there's no "hover" state?). Once that effect is in, we should look at it on the iPad and see what allowances need to be made.
