EthDenver Demo Docs #14

Need an unlinked page / set of pages that cover:

  1. Setting up local dev
  2. Running through the function dev loop
  3. Setting up a tunnel

And anything else I may have missed from the above list in order to get up and running.

Feel free to start basic, and then I'll run through the docs on Thursday/Friday so we can fill in what's missing.
