Feat: every cli one-pager #15

Description

First pass at a one-pager for https://github.com/everywhere-computer/docs/issues/14

I haven't tested the rust code, but I think that's roughly correct. Will try to do some testing once I have some time today or tomorrow

Edit: I think I skipped quite a few steps in the rust flow, so i'll go through and update it from the cargo init phase. will try to get to that later today or tomorrow

okay @depatchedmode i've added explicit rust instructions and tested the process 👍🏼
