Guide: IPVM, Homestar and the Everywhere Computer #3

Write a guide that introduces the differences between these three concepts:

  1. IPVM: the specification
  2. Homestar: the reference client, written in Rust, that executes the code
  3. Everywhere Computer: the network of IPVM nodes — at this point all of them will be Homestar nodes, because that's the only implementation
