Link Builds, Packages with Homestar Releases #6

Tracking target builds on GitHub releases (https://github.com/ipvm-wg/homestar/releases/latest) is probably not the easiest route for installation. Our docs site should link/describe these builds and packages (deb, rpm, homebrew [which comes from homebrew-fission], npm) for easier consumption and use.

We'll want to tie in these build links to Homestar releases automatically.
