UnexpectedValueException: Error at offset 0 of 2508 bytes in /var/www/seat/vendor/eveseat/eseye/src/Cache/FileCache.php:180

I have restarted it and tried updating and clearing cache no idea what to do next some help would be great :)

Did you do an seat:cache:clear? that command should delete all your eseye file caching.
