Feature Request - Send mail to roles/squads #792

As per the title. It is currently possible to request permission to send mails in SSO setup. Why not use this ability to be able to send targeted mails? The new Squads system makes this super flexible

For example, send a mail to all members with an invalid token. Send a mail to all cap pilots. Send a mail to everyone who owns an Orca in Corp A. You get the idea.

Perhaps though such a feature should be limited to only being able to send from your own characters, to avoid abuse.

For clarity, I mean hand-written custom mails. Though the ability to pipe notifications through game mail would be very interesting too.
